WHAT IS AMBER?
Baltic amber is fossilized resin, originating from coniferous trees in the Scandinavian region, approximately 44 million years old. Amber is therefore, contrary to what its name suggests, petrified resin and not a stone. It is light, not cold, and feels pleasant on the skin.
WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?
Are you unsure about the size of the bracelet? Cut a string to the appropriate length (19cm) and try it on. Is the bracelet too big? Then the length of the children's bracelet (16.5cm) might be the right size. Note: by wearing the amber jewelry, the knots between the beads may be pulled a bit tighter, making the necklace or bracelet slightly longer over time.
HANDMADE
The amber bracelets are handmade in Lithuania. Each bead is individually knotted, and the bracelet closes easily with a screw clasp.
