Beautiful whale cuddly toy. A warm, cuddly friend for young and old! For cold nights and tummy aches in the little ones, this whale has a heating pad in its belly. But even unheated, it's wonderfully soft to cuddle and ideal for keeping your little one company. The heating pad is filled with grape seeds. The cuddly toy comes in two sizes: small filled with grape seeds and large filled with spelt.
Heating the grape seed pillow
Remove the pillow from the cuddly toy's belly via the zipper. Heat it in an environmentally friendly way on the radiator or for 2 to 3 minutes in the oven at 75°C. The pillow should not be heated for too long or too hot! Afterward, let the pillow rest briefly (breathe). Check if the pillow is not too hot and then put it back into the cuddly toy.
We regularly receive questions about whether the pillows can also be heated in the microwave. We have inquired about this with Senger Naturwelt. The grape seed pillow can potentially be heated in the microwave, provided the following instructions are followed carefully. Heat the pillow for 30 seconds in the microwave at max. 600W, then shake it well so that the heat is evenly distributed. Not warm enough yet? Place the pillow with the other side up and heat it again for 30 seconds at max. 600W. Please note: heating the grape seed pillow in the microwave is at your own risk; always stay with it while the pillow is being heated. A microwave can get very hot in a short time. In some (older) microwaves, the temperature is not evenly distributed, and the pillow can become very hot at a certain point, causing the fabric to burn there. A long explanation, as you can see, but the safety of your little ones is our top priority! Please note: the spelt-filled pillow CANNOT be heated in the microwave!
