Heat the cushion for 30 seconds in the microwave at a maximum of 600W, then shake it well so that the heat is evenly distributed. Not warm enough yet? Place the cushion with the other side up and heat it again for 30 seconds at a maximum of 600W. Please note: heating the grape seed cushion in the microwave is at your own risk, always stay with it while the cushion is being heated. A microwave can get very hot in a short time. In some (older) microwaves, the temperature is not evenly distributed, and the cushion can become very hot at a certain point, causing the fabric to burn there.
