Sonja lovingly cares for three little chicks. She feeds them, protects them, and cuddles them. Everywhere Sonja goes, the chicks frolic around her. Under her care, the chicks grow into hens and even give Sonja a wonderful gift: an egg! One night, Sonja hears sounds coming from the chicken coop and discovers that one of her chickens has disappeared. What could have happened to the chicken?
