WHAT IS AMBER?
Baltic amber is fossilised resin, originating from conifers in the Scandinavian region, approximately 44 million years old. Unlike what the name suggests, amber is petrified resin, not a stone. It is light, not cold, and feels pleasant on the skin.
WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?
Are you unsure about the size of the bracelet? Cut a string to the corresponding length (19cm) and try it on. Is the bracelet too big? Then the children's bracelet length (16.5cm) might be the right size. Note: by wearing the amber jewellery, the knots between the beads may tighten slightly, causing the necklace or bracelet to become slightly longer over time.
HANDMADE
The amber bracelets are handmade in Lithuania. Each stone is individually knotted, and the bracelet closes easily with a screw clasp.
